How can I order from Iam-ol.com?
Iam-ol.com is an online boutique.


Using the site is easy-search for your product, select your colour, size and quantity where applicable then click on the "Add to Cart" button-these item(s) will be added to your Shopping Bag. You can carry on shopping on our site and add other items to your shopping bag until you are ready to checkout. When you are done shopping and are ready to complete your purchase, click on the "Checkout" button. If this is your first time shopping with Iam-ol.com you will be asked to register an account. If you are registered with Iam-ol.com, simply sign-in using your username and password.


When viewing the contents of your cart, you may also delete an item by clicking the "Delete Item" button or adjust the size and colour by clicking the "Edit Option" button.


We process all our payments through Barclays Bank on a secure server. We do not store your credit card details for added security. Once your order is processed, we will send you an order confirmation via email.


Do I need to register?
ou are only required to register with Iam-ol.com if you are making a purchase. You can access your account at any time by using your login details, username and password. Only you will have access to this information.


Please note that signing up for a newsletter does not create a customer account. In order to create an account with us.


How do I register?
Simply click on "My Account" link at the top of the homepage. Complete all the required fields. If you have never purchased from us before, you must register with us to place an order. If you already have items in your cart and are ready to complete your order, click on the "Checkout" button, part of the checkout process is to login to your current account or create a new account if you do not have an account with us.


What if I forget my password?
Click on "My Account" where you can click on the "Recover password" link. Provide us with your registered email address and we will email your password to you. Please note that passwords are case sensitive.


Can I change my password?
Yes you can. Log into your account by clicking the "My Account" link and select the "Modify Profile" option. You can then enter your new password and click "Submit". Your new password will be active.


How do I make changes to my profile?
Log into your account and select the "Modify Profile" link you will be able to edit your e-mail address, password, e-mail subscriptions and add additional delivery addresses. Once you have made the necessary changes to your account, click "Submit" we will save your new settings.


How about product availability?
Stock can be in two states on our website, available and pre-order.


Available means we dispatch your order immediately upon completion of your order. Pre-Order means that you pay for the order today, but we will only be able to ship your order once we receive stock. We ask that you allow approximately twenty-one days for delivery. We do give an expected delivery date, but please allow two weeks after this expected date.


All pre-ordered items are clearly marked on the website.


How will I be notified of my order status?
Once your order is shipped from our factory, we will send you a shipping confirmation email to the email address you provided to us. You can track the state of your order online using the tracking number in the Email. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact us directly via e-mail at service@iam-ol.com.


How long should I order before the event?
We advice that you should place the order in advance as soon as you can. Maybe leave for 1 month. It also affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alteration if necessary.


Do you have color swatch I can see before order?
We are sorry that we can't provide free color swatches to our customers just because the shipping cost is so high. But don't worry you can check the color online, they are all our real fabric pictures.


What is your satisfaction guarantee?
We guarantee all wedding gowns and accessories to be brand new and free from any manufacturer defects. We inspect each and every wedding gown for quality assurance. Should you find a problem with your order please notify us within 3 business days and we will either repair or replace your gown at no charge. Please keep in mind that due to shipping your gown will need to be steamed, therefore wrinkling is not considered a defect.


What payment options are available?
We requires Payment in Full when placing your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Payment can also be made through PayPal.


How can I be sure that you will deliver my dress on the promised date?
We calculate delivery dates very carefully, even under these unusual circumstances. We have added capacity at our work rooms to ensure that we meet every customer's delivery date.
