Please Note: Most dresses require alteration to achieve a perfect fit. Dresses are made according to standard measurements based on the manufacturer size chart and may be altered to fit you. Alternation is the at the sole cost and discretion of the purchaser and is not provided by Iam-ol.com. Please select a larger size based on your measurement and the size chart. While the majority of dresses can be taken in to fit you, most dresses are difficult to let out. The manufactures have different sizes, make sure you check the size chart carefully before you choose your size.
We only accept returns for standard size orders. We don't accept returns for custom made dresses. In order to keep our prices very competitive, we have the following guidelines:
*The dress items must be in their original condition, not worn or altered, as it was shipped to the buyer. All tags must be attached to the garments.
*All returns must be within 2 days (including weekends) of when the shipment was dropped off from the carrier. You need to inform us via email: service@iam-ol.com that you would like to return the gown and you must have a return authorization number from us. Please note, returns are not returned to our address. We have an alternative address for returns. We will provide you with the address when you contact us for your return authorization number.
*Note that shipping charges will not be refunded. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
*All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 35% of the price of the returned item(s). Shall the customer elect to exchange or receive a store credit, the restocking fee will be reduced to 15%, which is used to cover shipping and handling expense. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Please allow up to 3 weeks for the credit to appear on your account statement.
*A one time exchange is permitted for unworn merchandise with an available style, color and size. All exchange shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
*In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, we will gladly replace it with the same item with no shipping charge. We are NOT responsible for lost packages being returned. We are not responsible for packages dropped off and not signed for. Be sure to give us a secured address.
